Hi, I am visitng HK this weekend and was wondering if anyone can tell me the hours Stanley market it open on Friday-and Saturday and also the hours the market in fa Yuen street would be open? Appreciate your help!

Quite. In Stanley some shops open by 10, but 11 is when everything is up and running.

Actually, we usually hit Stanley market around 9.30am in the morning and majority of shops are open. Only very few are still closed, we go this early so we can beat the tourists buses and are usually out by 11.30am ready for a nice lunch.
As for Fa Yuen Street, definitely by 11am, no earlier. If you decide to wander down to Ladies Market, then they are even later, after 12pm.
All markets are open 7 days.
