Travelling on "F" visa

We are a small charity from Hong Kong with an office in China. Volunteers come to assist us from time to time, so we get them an F visa for their stay. Some are now wanting to travel after their volunteer time is up. If we write the invitation letter and help them get a longer F visa than the period of their volunteer time, are we somehow responsible for them while they travel in China?

A F visa is just a multiple entry business visa which many individuals hold themselves. There is no responsibility on you at all with this visa.
