Wedding hair - recommendations needed

Hi,


I am getting married in a few weeks, and I am looking for a hairstylist to put up my own hair, as well as my bridesmaids, mother, etc. I have had a couple of consultations with hairdressers but I haven't really been happy with the results, as I feel like with the language barrier I haven't been able to get my message across (I am European).


I am also wondering about costs, as one stylist has quoted me $5,000 for ten people, but only on the proviso that some have their hair down and some up (the quote is for one stylist to do the lot). I am thinking that is quite a lot for a) one stylist, which will take ages, and b) for that price you should be able to choose whether you want up or down!


Can anyone give me a more reasonable recommendation for someone who will do a good job?

Hey am getting married in about 11 weeks and need a hairdresser too, just got the details for a great girl (she has done a friend of mine) prices are 400 for bride and 100 for anyone else!! she can also get accessories or use yours and will do a trial and come to you! let me know if you want her contact details, I havent tried her yet though so dont want to build up too much in case it goes horribly wrong!!!!
