employer didn't pay

Just want to know if I can still claim settlement from my former employer who terminated my contract and didn't pay a single cent. I'm now back here in the Philippines for 4 months now. Any advice will be appreciated.

If you have any outstanding claim against your employer, you may institute an action in the Labour Tribunal in Hong Kong. In case the matter goes to trial, you need to come back to Hong Kong to give evidence at trial.
