How do I keep good,an opened pack of fresh cream.How long will it keep good for ? Since i want to buy a litre pack ,but not use all at 1 time

Cream, like milk, is highly perishable. Try not to buy in big quantity. Keep it refrigerated and use it within few days. Some lasts for 4-5 days, while others for abouth a week.
