i was in court three weeks ago for the first hearing of my wifes devorce law suit, it was ok but no result came out a week after the judge called me to know what my opinion was, i said i still insisted not to agree to a devorce mainly because of my two kids who are too young to handle this now, my wife insisted on a devorce and requested the two kids be handed over to her, but i refused, i have no intention to split the kids, but the law states if ther're two kids involved it must be split among the parents, i want my son who is three and my daughter who is three can be given to the mother, but the judge on my third meeting with him was trying to make me hand over the kids to the mother, i disagree, i want to know if this is legal, and what is the legal thing to do concerning the kids. i suggested to the judge to give me and my wife time to think about it, because our actions might bring a bad influnce on the kids. please advice me.
