i got to find out that my son has be provided with a chinese (houkou) identity card without my consent, my wife parents used their connection to do this, my daughter was also given without my consent, i let that go but now my son, my wife tried to hide it from me by clling for a devorce and take possession of the kids. my son has my countries pasport weeks after he was born and i intended to make him my nationality. but now they have done this. what steps can i take, how do i resolve this. is there any legal suit i can take.
