Where can I find Spanx body shapers in HK? Or any other brand as good as that.

Desperately need it to keep my tummy tucked in dresses for summer.

I don't know about Spanx.. but have seen something similar at the Central Lanes. In the first lane there is an undergarment shop..whose first floor have something similar. You could also try M& S .
