I have a 6 day training course to complete in USA Los Angeles. I want to take my baby as I am still breast feeding, so to do this I also need to take my helper with me.
I hear that its not easy for helpers to get a USA visa as they dont want them to stay there.
Does any one have any experince with this, that they have applied. been successful..
is it really as difficult as what I am being told?

i recently know of someone that was turned down. Helper has been with them for over 2 years. I am pretty cert if your helper has been with you for less than 1 year it is a def NO. If longer then I think 50/50 chance. It is def not easy or straightforward and it often just depends on the day who you get and how they feel!
