Restaurants offering cooking classes

Does anyone know of restaurants that offer cooking classes? Gaia used to and I think there's another one on Staunton St.

I think peninsula hotel also do.

Appreciate any info. I'm interested in Chinese and Japanese food primarily but also anything that offers Asia Pacific 'fusion' similar to many top notch Australian restaurants.

We have arranged a Cooking Class on Saturday 21st March 2009 .



Our Chef, Dimitri Bastiani will teach everyone to make 3 different tradition French dishes on the date.



Starter Snail Terrine

Main course French Chicken Ballotine stuffed with Wild Mushroom

Dessert fruits Clafouti





The class will start at 10:30am on the day , it will last about one and half to two hours, with a meal to follow. The price will be $300 HKD per head with a soft drink and the finish dishes to take home.



There will be a maximum of 12 persons for the Class only. Please call to make your reservation as soon as you can.
