It depends on what you need. We bought our helper bed from Takad Furniture and they make to measure. We got a bed which fits perfectly in the small space and it's a high bed with drawers, cupboards, pull out table underneath. Works really well. If you go the the website, they have a list of stores.
I actually went to the Wanchai store as the lady there spoke great english so there was no problems with what we wanted.
Jade Rattan (i think) also do the same thing, but I found them much more expensive.
Both have stores all over Kowloon

In North Point (quick MTR ride from Kowloon) check out "Modern House" on Java Road. They make beds in all sizes, including down to helper room size. The beds also have storage under.
An alternative to the "bed up high" with closets under is a bed at normal height, with drawers under, and IKEA cabinets on the wall above.

take the MTR to Ngau Tau Kok, just outside the main exit by Maxims cakes, you will see a Takad advert in the pedestrian underpass towards Kwun Tong Road....this is the main factory/showroom...several floors of furniture, most if not all in pine, and good quality...we bought a high bed there and they have seemingly unlimited configurations...
