My friend has Brazillian and Italian passports. He is here on a tourist visa so can he get the single entry visa at Lo Wu? And if so, how much?

seems few if any links provide and actual list of countries that are allowed the Shenzhen visa..one link DID mention that Brazil was on the no-visa list but that was a few years back..I think ties betweeen PRC and BRA have warmed lately...as for Italy...no idea..try calling the Chinese Visa office in Wanchai (tho another link said they have no info re 5 day visa...)
