Does anyone know if Paypal is attached to a regular HSBC Visa card will it accept many different currencies without conversion fees? What about a Visa attached to a Premier account that does have multi currencies?

exchange rate is supposed to be terrible as well. amongst the worst I have heard.

I asked, I don't do a lot of pay pal myself, but my mate is on ebay constantly
