I got 610 mg per capsule of fenugreek, anyone knows how many caps a day should i take to increase breast milk supply?
I used to take 500 mg, 3 caps/3 times a day for my first born, but i got a different brand this time. Thanks.

I tried only fenugreek too but i found that fenugreek seed + blessed thistle are much more powerful ! Just want to share with you. http://www.mamabbshop.com/index_eproduct_view.php?charset=eng&products_id=30¤cy=HKD

Honeypie You can even get fresh fenugreek in Indian stores and can cook it with some garlic and curry powder or make a soup
I think nothing compares to fresh
I used to eat plenty of it all freshly made ,at every meal

Hi 4G, thanks for your kindness! i know fresh is cheaper and better, but with newborn around, it's easier to pop a pill ;-)
