The kitchen shop on the top floor of Princes Building stocks it - this may be Pantry Magic. B&W at Megabox also stocks it.

Unfortunately you cannot compare 220V international machine prices to the US ones. It isn't a question of "mark up" as retailers make almost nothing on these machines; the distribution set up the appliance brands have is costly and complicated and results in much higher prices to the end consumer.

The Cuisinart MP-14 sells for US$349.95 on the net in the States, plus shipping, or if you buy it locally you have sales tax. Either way delivered its about US$375.

The price at Pantry Magic for this model - which includes free delivery - is HK$3288, or US$421. This is 12% higher, but we ourselves go a long way to make this reasonable pricing possible. Compare the KitchenAid stand mixer at US$199 internet with the local prices here of HK$5,000 or more, which is triple, for example.

Minimum Cuisinart prices should be standard locally. They are set by the brand, so anywhere you buy it should be the same. Stores are free to charge more if they think their customers will bear it. Pan-Handler - which is in Prince's Building - may also have this unit but generally their prices are higher, commensurate with the address.
