I heard that there's a street in Jordan on Kowloon side that sells all kinds of fabric. Does anyone know the exact street name/address?

The location most well known for this is probably Sham Shui Po (not THAT far from Jordan). Exit D1 and along Cheung Sha Wan Road plus the adjacent back streets.

Also Bowring st in Jordan has 2 or 3 material shops. The upper floor of the Western market has several shops, also Spotlight in megabox has a very large supply.

if it's raining you can always go to spotlight in mega box, kowloon bay. quite a large selection all under one roof plus lots of bits and pieces you'll find useful to make/sew things with.
