Are there any decent beaches that can be easily reached from Ma On Shan by bike? (When I say easily I mean at less than 30km and with a good road.) I love cycling to the beach (actually it's the only way I like to go to the beach) but all the beaches listed here:

seem to be quite inaccessible by bike. I went to Clearwater Bay (~27km), but the road is quite dangerous. Maybe some unlisted beach in East Sai Kung?

I've been to the Wu Kai Sha beach before; not the one facing northwest (to Tai Po), but the one that is shaped like a C and is facing northeast. It looked good (although there was garbage on the sand), but is the water quality ok there?
I also usually go to Tai Mei Tuk (most weekends), but I haven't seen any beaches on the way there (yeah, I've thought of swimming in the Plover Cove reservoir, but I assumed it wouldn't be legal :P).
