i m married in india and have a kid there but owing to irreconzible differences she lives in india and myself in hong kong but we are not divored, in the meantime i have a kid with a filipina lady who lives with me, i have canceled my wife's visa long time ago, is it possible for me to get married and apply for visa for my filipina lady with whom i have a child., i m a permanent resident here.

Since i m not divorced i dont have any such papers and the lady is single. My first marriage is not registered here, so what are the conseuqnces if i get married here, and can i still process her papers as dependent

Sunmoon, if you marry the Filipina lady without divorcing your legal wife who lives in India, you will become a bigamist and will be breaking the law. Just because your wife lives overseas and doesn't intend to come to HKG does not mean you can go around marrying other women.

You must first get divorced in HK BEFORE you get re-married......since you are resident in HK you can begin the process of DIVORCE here regardless of the residency of your wife.
