been married for just over 5 years. signed papers in canada then moved to hk. we have one child. he's not aware that i am considering divorce. it's been said, but he thinks i'm bluffing. really unhappy and need to get out.
could anyone offer any options? i know i can consult a lawyer, but they are extremely costly. my finances are quite limited.
1. do i file in hk or canada?
2. can i petition myself, even if we're still living together?
3. if we need to seperate (which would be ideal for me) where will my child go?
4. could i move back to canada with my child during the process?
