Ed, how do I post a free ad?

Ed, I am trying to advertise my car for sale. When I click on 'Post an Ad' followed by 'Automobiles (owners)' I am taken straight to the section for paid adverts. Can't I advertise this free, like other second-hand goods?

Big ticket items like cars and apts for rent are not free - the rates are HKD360 for a one month ad - same as what the SCMP charges for one day...
