I have just bought an ipod touch and can not connect to the internet even though we are wireless in the house. Any ideas why not??

- Does your WiFi use any kind of encryption (WEP or WPA)?

- Is your WiFi cloaked (not broadcasting SSID)?

- Can you find any WiFi network at all?

- Is the iPod connected and you cannot surf, or can you not connect to WiFi?

Cannot connect to WiFi at all. Connected the ipod and it will not connect to our connection.

Have you confirmed your gateway dns address in your touch? If not you wont be able to connect.

go to your setting on the ipod touch and go to wifi connection and type in the wifi address
