Hi! I have a very heavy congestion in my sinus with headaches for more than a week and allopathy doesn't seem to be working. Can anyone recommend a chinese medicine practicing English speaking doctor..near Central preferably?

I guess all listed medical professionals in this website can communicate with their patients with decent English. Some acupuncturists are capable to precribe herbal medicine, others don't, depending upon their formal training.
Of coz, to get the desired results really is another matter. Your best bet is to start with those with formal training and experiences. Call them up and see if they have experiences in ENT.
