Somewhere romantic for the weekend?

I am planning a short trip to somewhere relaxing/romantic to celebrate our wedding anniversary in May. It's only for three days so basically looking into somewhere nearby HK. I was thinking about Bvlgari Resort in Bali but the time we have may be too short for Bali. Anyone have any recommendations? Somewhere nearby beach. It's only for three days so we'd like to stay at somewhere 5 star or up.
