I was eating at stanley today and just loved the checkered flooring in Murray Building. It gave me the inspiration to do that for my baclony..what do you guys think? Have you seen any flats with this look for a rather large balcony? Mine is one of those 1950's colonial flats and think it might look awesome..and sorta fit the character of my building.. but afriad it doesnt turn out right. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Any interior designers out there willing to give some free advice? Thanks!
btw, the rest of the house is done in a casual potteryBarn style...
