Hi there, my friend and I are planning to go over to SZ. I already have a 6 month visa but she has none at all. She is a British passport holder so is it possible to obtain a visa over the border?

Yes, although it's just a 5 day SEZ visa and costs now something like 490. Take RMB to pay.
