need some help with make up

hiii.. m actually based in hong kong....

m off for a grand wedding next month and gonna meet loads of ppl out there...and currently have some scars and pimples on my face...m going through a treatment...but still it wouldnt get cured that quick... i need some help with make up... so that the pimples/scars wont be visible....simple and good make up.... not something that i would like like a ghost.... m quite fair...mix between wheatish and fair.... pls suggest some make up...for face... any brand like revlon,mac,etccc.... thanks it'll be a great help.... :)

your problem with pimples might be that you've got too much 'heat' in your body. lots of plain yoghurt - NO SUGAR - is very essential - it'll cool down the heat that's inside. go easy on the spicy foods and drink lots and lots of room temperature water. All the treatments in the world can only treat the outside, you have to take care of what goes inside your body too.


Pollution also is a factor, make sure you wash your face with a gentle cleanser and let it breathe... with the multitudes of make up, cleansers and creams out there... we forget that our skin also breathes and we don't really need to clog it with a cream all the time.


what kind of look are you going for? sun kissed? porcelian? diva? using your current make up collection, all you need is a well lit area, a nice size mirror and some time on your hands so that you can play with the make up you have! One product that is worth investing in is a primer with organic ingredients - this helps to keep oily pores under control and make stay put!
