I am looking for birth announcement cards which have a frame I can add a photo to. They have some at Papyrus, but they cost 135HKD for 5 cards which I find pretty expensive!
Any ideas?

However, I am looking for cards you can manually insert a photo. All of the websites I have googled have the photo printed on the card directly.
The type I am looking for just have a pretty paper frame with some words inside regarding the birth announcement and I just can't seem to find those anywhere!

if you like and know exactly what you want or have a sample ,I could try and help you to make them ,since I make handmade cards myself and albums etc all using handmade paper .But of course we can go with whatever you like ,and work on it together

Have you tried Spotlight at Megabox in Kowloon Bay? It's a hike if you're living on the island, but I think I've seen something similar to what you're looking for there (worse case, you can buy their standard DIY cards and cut slits in the corners to insert the picture). They also have 20% off sales every other week or so.
