Hi, I am working for a US financial company but wish to start my own company. I need help and do not know where to start. I found a few companies who help you start a company online but not sure which one is good or reputable. Can someone pls advise of a good place to start and give good advice for me? I am holding a employment pass at the moment. Thank you so much! :)

Starting a company in Singapore is quick, easy and can be done online. No need to use an intermediary who will do exactly what you do online.

You need a Singaporean or Singapore PR to be a director/partner.
