I used to download video clips from youtube.com.


Unfortuateley this site is not currently available in PRC.


Does anybody know any other video streaming websites that allow downloading with realplayer?

other website also have but not as much as YouTube

If you looking for better quality you should search for torrent files

If I can access you.tube I can download it myself. The quality is perfect more my needs.


I do research and use clips to highlight points when teaching.

So I don't know what I want until I see it.


Putfile seems to have gone under.

Go to www.mozilla.com and download from them Firefox browser and in same webpage they have add-ons link press to it and there you will see adds and can search for what u looking for

so search for Video DownloadHelper and you can download any video which is in any website!

You can access YouTube from inside the Great Firewall of China using a proxy web site (or VPN).

Do you know any good and free proxys that have sufficient band width allowance for video, that are not already blocked by GFW.


I used to use proxy BZ, blocked.


Anonymouse, insufficent bandwidth often, also blocked.
