HK is creating a waste of money and a white elephant with this new proposed bridge. Will any of you expats use it? What about inclimate times of storms and fogs?

I ll definitely use it.. Probaly under 30 minutes to get there, perfect for golf or a night out.. Much better than having to wait for the Ferry.
