Just been there for the first time. Beautiful city, metro is very easy to use, 15 euros for a 3 day travel pass, which you can use on the metro, bus and trams. But best to walk, you get a much better feel for the place walking down all the small streets and alleys, seeing all the street performers, and wall art etc.the sagrada Familia is great, and actually looks better by night when lit up. Long queues to go in though. Las Ramblas is interesting, but more expensive for eating. Don't bother with the cable car to get up to Mont Juic, its a very short ride, we felt ripped off, its easy to walk. We were disppointed with the Tapas we had, have had better in the UK. Maybe we just went to the wrong places. The helados (ice cream) is great though. Basically just keep on walking and stop when and where you like. We liked just turning a corner and coming across a musician, or a breakdancer, or a really quaint old building, or a lovely mosiac building. Obviously you have to see all the Gaudi stuff to.
