hi my friend just had a boy today and i am intending to visit her in these 2-3 days and would love to bring along "its a boy" balloons but i have no idea where can i get them .... are they available in hk??? if so where??????????

Try Party Shop in Prince's Building, there is a cake shop in LKF..don't remember its, name , definitely has it.
