Best office chair for a sore back?

As I spend long amounts of time sitting as a desk, and typing, I get a pretty sore back, can someone advise where to get a super comfy computer chair? I like to be able to adjust seat tilt, back tilt, height, back height etc all the ones at places like Ikea aren't very adjustable to cater to my sore back! Pls share if you have a great chair and where you got it!

The classic Aeron not only looks good, but is supremely comfortable. Pricey though.

Quite frankly you should avoid IKEA. Those chairs are cheap for a reason.

You could also get one of those backless ones where you "sit" on your knees. Something like one of these: http://www.bizrate.com/officechairs/products__keyword--backless+knee+chair.html

According to the Aeron site this is the HK dealer:

POSH Office Systems (HK) Ltd.

18/F, Siu On Centre

188 Lockhart Road

Wanchai

In the US, Aeron costs about US$1000. I will say that I use mine several hours every day and after 3-4 years it still looks and feels brand new.

I concur with mrsmith. While having a good chair is important, you should check out your back first.
