Can there be a discussion group for consumer related discussions for things such as

1. Bad after-sales/service support

2. Bait and switch operations

3. Misleading adverts

etc.

Not something we would consider for this site because that would be quick trip to the poorhouse ad companies would sue us if we posted untrue information and most would never advertise with us for fear of seeing their brand hammered on a forum next to their banner.

If you want to set something up yourself there are hosted solutions that require no programmer and not much skill beyond opening a web page that cost very small money
