- Dim Sum in Happy Valley for good local cuisine.

- Star Ferry.

- Walkways in Central/Admiralty. This should include some building watching like HSBC Main, IFC, Bank of China Tower.

- Pacific Place or IFC Mall, immediatelly followed by the shopping madness of CWB or TST. Just to get that contrast.

- If he/she absolutely must see pandas, a brief jaunt to Ocean Park. Don't forget to take the fabulous cable car. Then leave.

- Stanley Market, maybe...

- Goldfish Street->Flower Market->Bird Garden.

- Happy Foot for a nice foot massage before drinks/dinner.
