anyone know where I can get boxing lessons for my six year old?

Also where can I buy a punching bag ?

Isn't he too young for boxing? Shouldn't he be focusing on addition/subtractions and reading?

Not too young no. Many martial arts start around 5-6.

As for "focusing on addition" and so forth, I would say that good development involves both mind and body.
