Hi! My computer crashed and erased all my pics and music. Fortunately my ipod and itouch has all my music and pics. Does anyone know how I can download from ipod to my macbook?

Search for an application called Senuti (itunes backwards) - very easy to use. Just drag and drop files from your ipod onto your macbook.

if you used itunes or similar software to copy the pictures to your ipod they will be greatly reduced in size and quality, it might not be worth actually transferring them back, as on a normal screen they will be very small.
you might want to take that HD to an expert and ask for data retrieval, erased files are NOT gone. many can be retrieved quite easily if the HD is still basically intact, depends on the importance of what you lost.
