Need to find a solicitor who can help a same-sex couple write wills, to take care of each other's future.....can anybody recommend a good solicitor with an open mind?

Wills can be made regardless the relationship between/among the party, why related to open-minded or not? Any solicitor on lawyers list can do this

Well, one might think any solicitor can do this, but we had the experience, when we were buying our flat together, of having the solicitor be rather taken aback by it all. Would rather have someone who is understanding from the beginning.

Maybe you would be better with a competent, unjudgemental Will writer who is used to dealing with every kind of situation. Call Phoenix Wills on 8102 7799 and see if they can help (very reasonable cost, too.
