Where should we go in early July (short flight from HK)?

I am trying to plan a week vacation hopefully somewhere that is a short and direct flight from HK. Where should we go? We have a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I would prefer a beach resort as our kids seem to love the water and sand. Is Phuket too rainy in early July? Would Malaysia be better? What about Cebu?

Phuket & Samui have lots of promotions nowadays, Malaysia can try Sunway Lagoon Resort + theme parks good for family (resort in a city - kuala lumpur). Sabah can enjoy horse riding on the beach with the kid.

Phuket is great just because it caters so well for families.

I have a 4 and 9 year old and know most of the hotels on Phuket, so let me know if you need an opinion....

Have you ever been to Sichuan? Jiuzhai Gou national Park, Panda Breeding Center ,and the famous Giant Buddha. one week you may see a lot of natural sceneries, amazing you can never find in big cities. try windhorsetour.com ,you may find some inf.
