Have you considered normal cheese spread and some wheat crackers? Very similar, just minus the little plastic dippy pot.
Kraft cream cheese is available at the likes of CitySuper.

Love the Le Snak's too!!! I found something very similar in Taste, Tung Chung (in the fridge section where the cheeses are) It is a blue box, made by 'The Laughing Cow" and has the little packs Le Snak's with the cheese spread and little breadsticks. Very yummy!!!
