The volume function is not working on the BOSE system, other than going to their customer service in kowloon where else can I get this fixed? Many thanks

There is a BOSE shop in Causeway Bay in Time Square, i can't recall the name of it but they arrange repairs to. i had a card but can't seem to find it...good luck
