Where can I find Gluten-free stuffs in HK? I have tried Three Sixty in Central but there is only very limited choice. Is there any specialty GF food stores here?

As a gluten allergy sufferer I've found it is best to change your diet here. I understand there is a store in Central that specialises in GF produce, but one store?
I live in Sai Kung... I'm not going shopping for groceries in Central...you get my point.

try these guys. They have a very small shop in Causeway Bay and/or you can buy online.

There are several stores in the area that I've found that have GF products. As you mentioned 360 has some, as does Great, City Super, Oliver's and Taste - although often they're mixed in amongst non-GF items so you have to look closely. Even Wellcome and Park n Shop have a few products (perhaps more likely in stores where expats live). I haven't been yet, but I'd be surprised if Marketplace doesn't have a few items as well (they did in Singapore at least).
Specialist shops such as Little Giant, Health Gate, and Healthy Delight have a larger selection - especially the first two shops. You can google for their website addresses and order online. There are others that I've seen mentioned, but I haven't visited them yet.
There are also many naturally GF foods that are common here and won't be labelled as GF (ie-rice, corn, etc). Restaurant wise, there's Life Organic Health cafe in mid-levels, Munch in Knutsford Terrace has GF buckwheat pizza, and Ali Oli in Sai Kung has GF bread/cookies/flour mix. I'm sure there are others out there that I haven't found yet.
I hope that helps, good luck in your search and do let us know if you find a place that hasn't been mentioned!

Ali Oli in Sk used to stock GF products when the old baker was there but doesn't seem to anymore, at least not the times I've been in recently.
The old baker had a son with allergies and was constantly trying new recipes.
We worked on his bread loaves - he made 'em, I eat 'em - sad to say they were never up to much. Made reasonable toast when slathered in butter but texture and taste were lacking for eating plain or in sandwiches.
