Internet and cable TV: Any one-year contracts out there?

Hi all,

I've just moved into a new apartment and want to setup internet and cable TV for one year only. Many of the providers out there only offer minimum 18-month or 24-month contracts, which are too long.

Anyone know of a company that provides TV and internet for one year contracts?
