There used to be a Quakers' Meeting in a hall at St John's Anglican Cathedral, just above the Central business district.
Union Church is a non-denominational reformed protestant congregation in Kennedy Road, and it might be worth contacting.

There is a Friends (Quaker) Meeting in Hong Kong.
Friends Meeting is at 10.30am every Sunday and meets at the David Kwok Room, 3rd Floor, The Annexe, St John's Cathedral, 3 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong.
All Friends (Quakers) and all enquirers / attenders are welcome. We share fellowship over tea and coffee after Meeting and often also go for an impromptu lunch.
