Has anyone used Power Plate?
Is it expensive?
How often do you need to use to get results?
Do you think it is worth it?
Do you know how many studios has the equipment and do they vary in price?

Expensive or not? Worthy or it? These are very subjective.
I can only tell you Power Plate is China-made machines. There are other decent brands like FITVIBE, VIBROGYM, GLOBUS, HYPERGRAVITY ....
I would suggest you to do some research by searching with key words "vibration training" or "hyper-gravity stimulation training". You should be able to find some useful answers.

Try VTI in sheung wan. I went there many times last year before I had to stop owing to a bad ankle injury (nothing to do with VTI, I should add). Their machines are very effective but, make mistake, it is hard work although less sweaty and time-consuming than a gym workout. Now, one year later, I still have the muscle tone I achieved from them. VTI import their machines from germany - beware those made in China. Call Timothy at VTI: 2167 7366
