Is there a one-stop baking (ingredients & accessories) specialty store in HK? Everything from different types of flours to baking tins to butters & cream.
I know I can get most accessories & tools from Pantry Magic (any other shops?) but what about ingredients?

Also try Shanghai Street in Mongkok - there are loads of baking and cooking stores selling everything from cupcake liners to cake tins and woks etc. One of my favourites is I <3 cake, at 338 Shanghai Street (tel 26712671) - mtr yau ma tei exit b2 is the closest. They have a lot of flavourings, colourings and extracts etc that I haven't been able to find elsewhere, or have been able to find elsewhere but at incredibly inflated prices!!

I know Shanghai Street is a treasure trove of pots & pans, but I didn't know they sold baking ingredients. Definitely will check out I<3.
