What are the child car seat/restraint regulations in Hong Kong?

We're traveling to Hong Kong in January 2010 with our children, ages 7 years and 2 years. We would like to know what the child car seat regulations are in Hong Kong and what kind of child restraint is typically used in cars or taxi's?

As cara says.

Having said that, all taxis have seatbelts in the back so if you bring your own seat strapping it in is no problem. Drivers typically don't mind. I suggest practicing at home a few times so you don't take too long.
