Can this be applied at any branches of CTS or needs to be done in the head office in Wan Chai ?

I was told I could do it through CTS but they needed to keep both my HKID and Passport, their prices were higher, and timeline for processing was longer, than going straight to Wan Chai. Took me about 30mins to drop off the form ifirst thing n the morning at the China resources building in WC and only about 10 mins for collections when going back, very easy, quick and efficient
