Im looking to do some group fitness training here in HK as I've just moved here from San Francisco recently.

Is there any outdoor fitness like bootcamp around here in HK?

California Fitness used to do some Bootcamp trainings on Wednesday mornings in Central.

you should check out www.bootcamp.com.hk

they offer bootcamp outdoor training in many different locations.

I've joined a few times before and had a great workout!
