I am looking for Olevia 42" HDTV, compare with others, it is cheap but don't know the quality.

Well, you do get what you pay for. There are variations but a "name brand" like Sony, Sharp or Samsung will generally have better quality than Olevia. Then again, there are also variations between brands. A Sony X series is better than a Sony W series and so forth.
Also, check features and warranty. A big brand in general tends to have better warranty terms, and better de facto warranty service world wide.
Picture quality itself is VERY subjective. Depends entirely on how you perceive it.
You could also look at a "mid-range" brand like LG. Tends to be quite affordable. Picture quality is not up to Sony or Samsung, but still more than good enough for most people.

Thanks, however, I thought some cheap brand they use the same display panel from Sony/Sharp, what the big difference if they share the same panel.
